Terms and Conditions

1. The Deposit:
   1. A deposit of £20 secures your Publicity shoot.
   2. Until this deposit is paid, and confirmed, the date is not secure.
2. The Balance:
   1. "The balance" is defined as the total amount you will pay before the shoot, less £20, and any payments made for a makeup artist.
   2. The balance is due 1 month before the shoot date.
   3. If the shoot date is less than a month away at the time of booking then the balance is due immediately.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
   1. In the unlikely event that we (justactors) need to cancel the shoot your deposit and any other payments will be refunded in total.
   2. In the event that you have to cancel the shoot £20 of all payments made is considered non-refundable
   3. The balance and any payments made towards a makeup artist are refundable only if we're notified of the cancellation a week in advance
4. Rebooking a shoot
   1. Photo Shoots can be postponed or rebooked up to the day before the original shoot date
   2. The new date must be mutually agreed by both parties
   3. A shoot can be indefinately postponed for a maximum of three months after the original shoot date. If the shoot is not rebooked in this time no refund of any kind is due, and you will not be notified of the fact.
5. Payment method
   1. Payment can be made by debit/credit card (paypal) via the paypal website.
   2. No other form of payment is acceptable. Apologies.
6. Photographs
   1. A copy of all the photographs taken on the day will be provided on CD
   2. Six further "artworked" images will be provided, from our client only webpage, after the shoot.
   3. The client must chose his or her six images from the original images taken with three weeks of the shoot date. After this time we reserve the right to charge for artworking images.
   4. A selection of the images from the shoot may be used on the justactors website for promotional purposes. Access to these images may involve a membership fee but will not constitute a sale to the copyright of these images.
